I’m Sophie, the creator of Level 11 Vegan. I am a plant-based nutrition expert, fitness coach, bodybuilder, and vegan of 8 years.
I started this blog to bridge the gap online between plant-based nutrition and FITNESS —specifically weight loss, muscle hypertrophy, and bodybuilding contest prep.
My goal here is to share the knowledge I’ve acquired through my experiences as a VEGAN in the fitness industry, combined with my university nutrition education to create a unique, up-to-date, top-tier resource for plant-based fitness.
